Why does the number of projects per a specific work type not match what’s on the Project Search on the Knowledge Hub?
So that all relevant projects are included when you search for projects by work type, we’ve grouped the different categories from CE/D365 together.
The categories have been grouped like this:
| Work type category | What projects are included in number |
| New Build |
New Build New Build and Refurbishment |
| Fit Out | Fit out |
| Retrofit |
Retrofit Refurbishment |
| New Build and Refurbishment |
New Build and Refurbishment New Build Refurbishment Retrofit |
| Refurbishment |
Retrofit Refurbishment New Build and Refurbishment |
| Minor Works | Minor works |
| R&D | R&D |
| Roll-Out Programme | Roll-Out Programme |
Due to the way the categories are grouped, this means that when asking for “New Build and Refurbishment” projects, the AI may count some categories twice to ensure it is including all relevant projects. To ensure that you are using the correct figures, you can use the Project Search on the Knowledge Hub and filter by ‘Work Type’ on the left-hand filter panel.
