Q. Will the Answers the AI Gives Me Be Accurate?
A. It is well known that many AI applications will make things up (hallucinate) if they can’t find the right answer. This has been a key focus for the Knowledge Team, and our AI has been developed to prioritise accuracy. That said, sometimes the AI can misunderstand or misinterpret the information on the Knowledge Hub. This is why it is so important that the AI’s responses are thoroughly checked before being used. You can do this easily because every AI response comes with a list of citations so that you can see where it has taken the information from.
