Q. Where Does the Knowledge Hub AI Draw Its Information From?
A. Our priority was to develop a safe, enclosed environment so that it protects our information, and keeps responses accurate, so currently the AI draws only from:
- Information which sits on the Knowledge Hub
- The data the Knowledge Hub draws in from other Willmott Dixon systems
- Any supporting documents which have been uploaded onto the platform
We will continue to review this approach as the Knowledge Hub evolves. In the meantime, if you want the AI-enhanced Knowledge Hub to draw on additional information, you can upload supporting documents.
