Q. The Knowledge Hub Is Not Finding the Information I Need on One of Our Projects. What Do I Do?
A. Use the following checklist:
- Check the project name. The names on CE (which is where the Knowledge Hub pulls its information from) are often different to the name the project subsequently becomes known by. Try searching instead by customer or project number
- Check the timeframe. The Knowledge Hub includes projects that went into precon from July 2021 onwards, and new ones will show when they reach probable on CE (all projects will remain on the Knowledge Hub for seven years post-completion before being archived)
- Check that the project is not marked confidential on CE. If it is, this won’t show on the Knowledge Hub
- Check the project level: Note that the project level on the Knowledge Hub (Bronze, Silver, Gold) will impact the level of detail you receive in a first draft response. Gold projects include full project write-ups, silver projects include useful project documents, and bronze projects only contain project data (where available). Remember, we can always upload any supporting project documents you send us, and the AI will be able
to draw information from these.
